We will begin the morning with a calming and grounding informational breath work session led by MA-level Mental Health Therapist, Amy Morrison.
You will experience the immense benefits of breath work within the first ten minutes of arriving on your mat. You will leave the breath class with a sense of engaged focus for the rest of the day’s activities.
Coach Christina will take you through a mobility/movement session that will leave you feeling limber and empowered to be more in charge of your own movement practice.
Christina is a certified FRC Mobility Specialist who is passionate about helping others learn more about their bodies and take care of their joint health for the long term.
We will coach you through a recovery session where you get to experience the intense benefits of both an ice bath and traditional barrel sauna.
You will learn to love the feeling of the ice and you will leave with a sense of pride when you finish this last portion of the workshop.

Four hours of focused coaching and attention from at least two experienced XPT coaches.
An Ice and heat recovery session that will leave you feeling awake, inspired, and ready for the rest of your weekend.
You will also learn tactics for how to calm your body and mind.
Snacks and water will be provided.
