Using Breath Work To Reset Your Day
Sometimes [or all of the time, let’s be honest]… I wish I had an on/off button like my phone, laptop, etc.
Think about it.
If you found yourself making the same mistake over and over, getting too heated during a conversation (HELLO 2020 political debates 🙃), or even just waking up in a bad mood… you could simply press your on/off button and take a few minutes to slow down and recenter.
Then, when ready, you could press the button to magically restart your day, feeling fresh and ready.
What.
A.
Life.

News flash: it involves a simple practice called breath work.
In a hyper-attuned world barraged by troubling news updates on a consistent basis coupled with the reality of work, relationships, meetings, meal planning, exercising, childcare, and so on… it is incredibly easy to become dysregulated and unsettled.
Conscious breath work allows us to feel more calm, refreshed, and in control of our day to day stressors.
