Ice and Heat Workshop with Jesse-5/31

Purchase a spot to experience an XPT Style ice bath and sauna session. We will do a couple rounds of up to 3 minutes in the ice bath followed by about 20 minutes in the sauna. You will receive coaching for your breath throughout the session and there will be a breath-work portion in the class.

The session will run on Saturday, May 31st from 10am-12pm at Amy’s home (located 5 minutes north of the RINO neighborhood), details and location will be sent when spot is purchased.
